Branded gift boxes,
from a family-run manufacturer in Shenzhen, China.
Hi — I'm Xinlan. My older brother started CARDSILK in 2013 with a few injection moulds, a power-bank prototype, and not much else. I joined a few years ago as co-founder, after a design Master's in Europe, to handle our international partnerships. Today we focus on one thing: corporate gift-box customization — curating our two production lines and 26+ partner workshops into branded gift programs for distributors, trading partners, and resellers who need a supplier that picks up the phone when projects get complicated.
By The Numbers
After twelve years and a few major projects, the numbers we actually trust are the ones tied to real partnerships — not vanity metrics.

The Honest Version
How a power-bank workshop became a corporate gift-box manufacturer
It wasn't a master plan. Just twelve years of decisions, the right phone call at the right time, and — eventually — a clearer focus on one thing: corporate gift-box customization for B2B partners.
Started by my older brother
A small hardware workshop combining electronics and moulding — focused on power-bank R&D, in-house structural design, and injection tooling. Components like batteries we sourced externally.
Gift products, sold through trading companies
The power-bank market got crowded. We moved into wireless-charging notebooks, multifunctional accessories, and travel-related items. Most business at that point came through Chinese trading companies.
The turning point
A couple working on inflatable products asked if we could support their production. We said yes. Over the next few years we cooperated with around 26 sewing factories and expanded into inflatables, bags, and sewn promotional items.
Two production lines, one network
Our two main directions took shape: injection-moulded electronics, and sewn products. They don't look related on paper — but for gift-set projects, they fit together unusually well.
Working directly with international partners
After a Master's in visual and UI design in Europe, I joined the company to help us connect with overseas distributors and trading partners more directly. Still a family business — that part hasn't changed.
We may not be the biggest or most perfect supplier in every area. But we're very serious about being responsible — and our job is to reduce stress for our partners, not add more.

Corporate Gift-Box Customization
Two production lines, curated into one branded gift box
Our job is to combine moulding, electronics, sewing, and packaging into corporate gift sets that ship under your brand. We're not perfect at everything in-house — we coordinate what we don't run ourselves, and we're honest about which is which.
Injection-Moulded Electronics
Our original line: power banks, wireless-charging notebooks, executive folders with built-in charging, USB hubs, and small promotional electronics — with in-house structural design and tooling.
Sewn Products & Textiles
Inflatables, branded bags, travel pouches, lanyards, and promotional textile items — produced through a network of around 26 partner sewing factories we've worked with for years.
Supply Chain Coordination
When a project mixes electronics, sewing, packaging, and rush logistics, our job is to keep it moving across multiple workshops. That's where we tend to be most useful.
Inside The Workshop
A look at how things actually get made
Real production scenes — not staged — from our injection, assembly, and packing floors.
Printing & Slitting
Heidelberg 4-color offset press for vibrant, high-fidelity graphics on packaging, inserts, and printed components.
Box Making & Binding
Skilled artisans hand-assemble each box — precise edges, tight closures, clean finishes. The kind of detail you only get from people who've done it for years.
Assembly & Packaging
Mixed-item gift sets get assembled and packed with anti-collision reinforcement to survive international shipping.
Trust & Track Record
Standards we meet, projects we've run
Our products meet FCC, CE, RoHS, UL, CCC, and ISO 9001 — and over the years we've handled some genuinely tight large-scale projects when partners needed us to.
International Trade Shows
Active at Paperworld in Frankfurt, Canton Fair in Guangzhou, and regional promotional-gift expos across Europe and Asia. Meeting partners face-to-face still matters in this industry — most of our long-term distributor relationships started with a five-minute conversation at a booth, not a cold email. We make it a point to show up in person, with samples in hand, every season. If you're attending, let us know — we'll book a meeting.
Russia · 60,000-Set Executive Folder Project
One of our trading partners won a large project for a government-related sporting event in Russia, using our self-developed executive folder with charging function. ~40 days for production, QC, and customs. No single factory could realistically handle 60,000 sets in that window — we coordinated several partner workshops and delivered on time. We're working with the same trading partner on a new phase this year.
International Certifications
Our products meet FCC, CE, RoHS, UL, CCC, and ISO 9001 — covering the major distributor markets in North America, Europe, and Asia. We provide full certification documentation on request, and over the years we've helped trading partners pass customs inspections in 50+ countries. If a specific market needs a test report we don't have on file, we'll quote and run it.
How We Work
What working with us actually looks like
We may not be the biggest or most perfect supplier in every area. But these are the parts we take seriously.
Honest Communication
If something is going to be tight, late, or risky, we tell you early. We don't sell perfect timelines we can't actually hit.
We Stay When Problems Happen
Production issues, customs delays, last-minute design changes — we don't disappear when things get complicated. That's usually when we're most useful.
Coordinated Supply Network
Two production lines plus 26+ partner workshops, all coordinated by one team. Mixed-component gift projects are our normal, not our exception.
Responsible Delivery
Tight projects get our full attention. The 60K-set Russia order in 40 days wasn't easy — but it shipped on time, and that's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Flexible MOQ
Standard MOQ is 50 complete gift sets — built for distributors and trading partners running curated mixed-item programs, not bulk single-SKU runs.
White-Label, Always
Every project ships under your brand. Our factory name doesn't appear on packaging, inserts, or product.
FAQ
Honest Answers
Common questions about who we are and how we work.
Are you a single factory, or a network?
Both, honestly. We run our own injection-moulding and assembly lines for electronic gift items, and we coordinate around 26 partner sewing factories for inflatables, bags, and textile products. For mixed gift-set projects, that combination is usually what makes the project workable in the first place.
What products do you actually make?
Two main directions: (1) injection-moulded gift electronics — power banks, wireless-charging notebooks, executive folders with built-in charging, USB hubs, and small promotional electronics; (2) sewn products — inflatables, branded bags, travel pouches, lanyards, and promotional textiles. We curate them into complete gift sets with custom packaging.
Can you handle large or rush projects?
Yes — last year we delivered 60,000 self-developed executive folders with charging function for a government-related sporting event in Russia, in about 40 days including production, QC, and customs. It required coordinating several partner factories. We're set up for that kind of work.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 50 complete gift sets. Each set can include 3–8 items with custom packaging. We're built for curated mixed-item gift box orders, not bulk single-SKU runs.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — by appointment. Our injection and assembly facility is in Shenzhen, and we can arrange visits to partner sewing workshops nearby when relevant to your project. Virtual factory tours via video call are available for international partners.
What certifications do you hold?
Our products meet FCC, CE, RoHS, UL, CCC, and ISO 9001 international standards. We provide certification documentation for any product on request.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 15–25 business days depending on complexity and quantity. Rush timelines (7–10 days) are possible for select items. We give a realistic timeline after reviewing your spec — and if a deadline is too tight, we'll tell you upfront rather than promising and missing it.
Do you offer OEM / white-label service?
Yes, 100%. All gift sets ship with your branding only — our factory name never appears. Packaging, inserts, and every item carry your brand identity with full confidentiality.
