CARDSILK is committed to providing high-quality products and stands behind the craftsmanship and durability of every corporate gift set and electronic product we manufacture and sell. Our warranty is our promise of manufacturing excellence.

1. Warranty Coverage

CARDSILK warrants that all our corporate gift products, including incorporated electronic components (“Product”), will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser or purchasing corporate entity.

2. What is Covered

  • Material defects and workmanship issues encountered under normal intended usage, following reasonable care and maintenance guidelines.
  • Electronic component failures or structural manufacturing defects not caused by severe physical impact or external damage.

3. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damages or defects originating from causes outside of standard manufacturing failures, including but not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear over standard use.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Damage due to improper storage, maintenance, or handling.
  • Cosmetic issues such as fading or discoloration strictly due to extended exposure to severe environmental elements.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth warranty processing, please adhere to the following:

  • Retain original proof of purchase (e.g., Commercial Invoice or Proforma Invoice).
  • Follow all provided care, operating, and maintenance instructions for the specific Product.

5. Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact CARDSILK's Customer Service within the Warranty Period, providing proof of purchase alongside a detailed description—including clear photos or videos—of the stated issue.

Review & Resolution: CARDSILK reserves the right to formally inspect the Product (which may involve requesting the Product to be returned to us) to definitively determine if the warranty applies.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed under this policy, CARDSILK will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Product, or offer an equivalent product if the original Product has been discontinued.

6. General Limitations

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

CARDSILK shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Product under any circumstances.

This formal warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
